Luis’s plan will generate and increase over the next 10 years thousands of local jobs in District 10 by:
* Making the first priority the Re-Zoning of low density commercial areas.
* Providing the tolls to coordinate the first community—urban Master Plan for the District 92% of rental tenants.
* Implementing the TracCorp community empowerment structure
* Making the community energy efficient and green
* Attracting and demanding fair share of Columbia’s expansion plan.
* Developing a list of important building to be preserve and neighborhood characters to be improved.
